As the only national professional association for asset managers and professionals who support the field, CHAM is a consortium of mission-oriented owners, developers, investors and stakeholders committed to professional asset management and preservation of affordable housing.
For two decades, Lisa has put in a tremendous amount of work to ensure NEF thoroughly and successfully monitors properties throughout their lifespan. Her deep understanding of the affordable housing space and dedication to carefully navigate the challenges of asset management speak to her ability to take on this new role that will help build a better future for communities across the nation.
